      Pros

      Very inclusive. Your opinion matters Opportunities are big here! You own your career and you can always change direction within the company Good benefits. Health insurance are better than expected. Well being budget available every year (from start date) Possibility to work from home. Overtime are paid, Rare for a consulting firm. The culture is awesome. I can be more than a job

      There is not always a dedicated office depending of the location.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance, and flexibility as your life changes. But honestly why I've stayed with this company for 7.5 years, from contractor to FTE - is due to the smart and supportive people I work with. The culture is also great, lots of social events, charity teams, and big focus on diversity (Pride, Women in Tech Squad, Vetrans).

      Cons

      Internal processes can be laborious and circular - but expected in most large organizations.

      -Good atmosphere at the office -All Microsoft certifications paid for -Free snacks/fruit/drinks -Respect work/life balance -1500 a year to spend on tech/wellness - 3 weeks vacation to start

      Cons

      -No RRSP matching until manager level and then only @ 4% -Only 80% coverage on your benefits - Salary is below market rate
