The Feels, I mean they will talk abotu the fake culture till your blue in the face.

Cons

You will get screwed out of promo, and no one can explain it Bonus systems will magically change when it suits leadership Everyone "cares" but doesn't care Your ALLWAYS worn out

It’s a big company so fun events. Cool trainings you can do bc it’s a Microsoft company

Cons

The people are rude, they make you think they care about your future but they really don’t

Unethical business Extremely toxic, watch your back! Management make promise and does not keep them. Bad people culture People are not skilled Management is not always honest and truthful with employees .... empty promises Not a health work environment causing emotional distress There is no job security
