      Pros

      Nice coworkers, office location is great, very competitive pay with annual bonus, best 401k plan I've seen, 4 weeks vacation, monthly employee call with executives and CEO.

      Cons

      Path to move up is unclear. Bad wind production years leading to budget cuts regardless of the obvious fluctuation in weather year to year.

      Downtown Portland location is good.

      Cons

      Toxic environment overall. Lack of communication (vertically and horizontally), lack of career advancement, lack of recognition. People that have been there for decades don't have the technical knowledge to do the job. The list goes on and on.
