      - Large changes rolling through. Hasn't been bad yet, but we will see when the changes stop. - People stick around. Creates a log-jam for advancement.

      Great culture, easy-going work environment. Great work/life balance combines for working with really nice people.

      Cons

      Lack of promotion potential. A really, really bad severance plan. Utility mindset has/is overtaken structure and process of an unregulated business leading to a significant slowdown in desire.

      Long hours and lack of recognition Inconsistent and poor ability to accurately appraise employees performance, lack of actual measurable metrics used in the process. No audit to determine how appraisal scores were actually determined. Appraisals are generally subjective rather than objective. Lack of management training with regards to appraising employees.
