AGR is incredibly inefficient in internal communication. Getting information from other departments that one needs to do their own job is like pulling teeth. Some people have been there forever, and it's not a good thing - "we've always done it this way" is a tune you hear often. Most of what company does is dictated by their Spain parent, disregarding input from people in the trenches. Very limited, if any, career advancement opportunities. Okay pay for before-COVID times.
