      Pros

      Avangrid is a stable company that has a great mission statement. They are pushing into the renewable energy sector which I love about the company.

      Cons

      Most of the work I dealt with at Avangrid was with Excel. As a data analyst, this meant I was slowed down by the limitations of Excel. I wanted exposure to new and exciting tech.

      Nothing, run AS FAST AS POSSIBLE

      Cons

      Company gets worse and worse, each day. They want to become a big player in the renewable space, but they are pretenders. If they can ever stop falling over themselves, then the place will get marginally better.

      Pros

      Avangrid has an amazing retirement package. In the right position, you will learn a wide range of skills. If you play your cars right, you will be able to grow with the company.

      Cons

      Avangrid has a bullying culture. The bigger the bully, the bigger the salary. Management will band together to terminate those who do not deserve it - this is usually due to jealousy or showing potential that may threaten someone elses job. I was constantly overworked and undervalued. They verbally abuse and berate their employees. You have to constantly watch your back. PIPS are only selectively given to people, but others are just fired. It is a revolving door in human resources, as they either fire people or people just quit.
