Running joke among employees, "I wish they would give me a PIP" , with most employers a PIP is a chance to redeem yourself and work on issues that a manger see's needs working on to keep your job; however at Avangrid it is the silent way of saying your out the door before you even get the chance to correct anything of concern... The ones who don't work hard and create many errors are rewarded vs the ones who work hard and care about the work they do.
