      Pros

      Tremendous growth opportunity, professional development/education is heavily supported and encourage, above average pay, above average benefits, large company but still listens to employees even at the lowest levels.

      Cons

      Working from home isn't exactly what I signed up for when I was hired just before the pandemic. However it's a smart decision with respect to the health and safety of our staff and customers. So not really a con about the company or role.

      Great benefits i.e. vacation purchase and PTO. Good entry level pay for the area and opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Work environment can be toxic at times. There’s also not a great work-life balance, with people often working well beyond a 40 hour work week
