stronger focus on recruitment & branding

This is being written while working at home due to covid. It can be hard to get a hold of someone to mentor you initially because everyone else is so busy, especially during stormy months. Not much direction so you have to be autonomous and a go-getter or you won't learn anything. You have to be active to make your own path in this company. These are all opinions from my first few weeks of working here, things might change.
