- Low stress environment - Good people - Great hours

Cons

- 0 company culture - Absolutely no working from home except on very rare occasions -10 day PTO per year + 5 holidays (New Years, July 4th, Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) - CEO & president too micro managing

Inflexible Company Governed by Uneducated Management Who Use Fear Tactics

Pros

Good place if you have no desire to move up. Upper management won't bother you unless they need something.

Cons

- No career development. Everyone is a single contributor. - Company governed by fear. The CEO frequently makes jokes about firing people at company meetings, in company emails, etc. - Everyone is afraid for their job, so there is no collaboration. - Long hours & commitment expected with very little gratitude. In my estimation, the pay is not enough for what they expect. - Non-flexible hours (unless you're a preferred employee… they have exceptions for everyone, but you.) You have to work the day after Thanksgiving in the office, etc. - Poor vacation policy. 2 weeks. - They don't match 401k's.
