great place for newbies, others should stay away

Pros

for someone who's just starting their career or is at the junior level, this place is great to gain a lot of experience. although the company's been around for 20+ years, there isn't one unified system that one can use to do their job. you are expected to learn their many in-house systems in order to complete your task.

Cons

the company is run by two very hands-on ceos. they will micro-manage every part of the business and if you happen to have to work with them directly, expect to stress and lose a lot of sleep.

Some of the people in the design department were very nice.

Cons

No respect from management or HR when I complained about harassment from my direct management. I had worked there for about 3 months and had glowing reviews from the owners and directors from other departments. However, my manager was constantly making inappropriate comments via in person and over email. I reported him many times to HR. Once he found out, he started taking away assignments and telling the owners that my skills were not up to par and that he recommended that I be terminated. I found out the same day that I was let go that he had been accused of harassment before and the company had to pay a settlement to her in court.
