Pros

With any growing company, you are rewarded for your dedication, innovation, hard work and ability to flex as needs change within the company. The product (premium vacation rentals) is exciting, and the management team is very ambitious, creative and competent, through which I am able to learn a lot. Overall - very good people to be amongst.

Cons

Like any startup, roles and deliverables may be ambiguous and changing over time. Some will thrive and others will not, but the hard work and flexibility required is not necessarily for everyone.

When the guest leaves a excellent review for the service that was provided is really one of the greatest feelings because all the hard work pays off when it came to pay & hours that you wanted.

none. seriously there is nothing good to say about this company...it is truly a joke! Made so many promises, did not deliver on one. Sad but true...

Cons

There are too many to list! The managers have no idea what the hell they're doing and are little people trying to fill big roles. It's kind of sad all the way around. I'm glad I'm not working for this company. I have an amazing job now making so much more money with a company that literally blows AvantStay out of the water! I have something to compare it to and I am embarrassed now that I ever gave AvantStay a minute of my time! I never want to let anybody know I ever worked there!!
