      Pros

      AvantStay is a dream company for anyone in marketing. It’s a much higher echelon than your run-of-the-mill company without all of the stress that comes with working for large corporations (as part of giant teams where nothing gets done and every idea is so watered down by execution that everything seems half-baked at best).

      Cons

      Expectations are high, but you’re paid for the stress of delivering so I can’t really complain.

      Straight to the moon

      Pros

      You can’t tell me there’s a company out there with a better culture. You just can’t. I’ve yet to see a company where everyone is willing to step up to the plate because they believe so deeply in the company mission. AvantStay is evolving every single day. There’s no brakes on this rocket ship. We’re going straight to the moon and there’s no stopping us!

      Cons

      Plenty to juggle and the hours can be long. No one said this journey was going to be easy.

      Pros

      Probably work from home. Growing company and showing promise.

      Cons

      Severely understaffed to the point that your work is almost impossible to keep up. Managers are so busy it's hard for them to support you properly. Also careful of the reviews. They ask current employees to leave reviews to boost their numbers
