      - Company is growing and quickly establishing itself as a leader in the industry - Great business model and continually seizing emerging opportunities - We have some very smart people on the team - There is a framework for incentivizing performance and upward mobility - There is a concerted effort to do more on DEI

      We're trending in the right direction for improving culture and engagement.

      Pros

      The basic pro's are awesome people -- everyone wants the company to be successful, so it's hard to come across someone that doesn't want to help you. There is so much to do that you're given the ownership to make things better for the company, whatever that may mean. If you notice an opportunity or a gap and you want to fix it, you have the reigns. Great company for go-getters who want a relaxed working environment that is cultivated by having trust in employees.

      Cons

      It's still a relatively young company, so the startup environment may not be for everyone. There is a lot to do, as I mentioned in the pro section, but if someone is looking to go to work, check off some boxes, and get a paycheck, then this isn't for you.
