Pros

This company culture is unparalleled. Everyone is ACTUALLY nice to each other, and wants to see you succeed. The executive team has done an excellent job fostering the type of environment where everyone's job feels important to the overall success of the business and they WANT to "come to work" every day.

Pros

very flexible and lots of opportunities to wear multiple different hats

Cons

pay is not competitive unlimited pto but if you're in corporate there's hardly any time to use it (although HR says to take days off, managers will repeatedly ping you even when you're trying to use pto) the biggest factor for enjoying your time there is definitely who you get as management. some managers are wonderful; others hardly check in on you and change their minds constantly about what priorities should be, making your job extremely burdensome and confusing.

Priorities shift based on business needs, which is why we constantly need to remain agile - or "Resilient" and "Open" as two of our four values indicate. We are also building out a more robust manager training to ensure all of our people managers are equipped to be the best leaders they can be for their teams. We appreciate your feedback.
