Pros

I have loved making sure our homes are of good quality for guests, the other employees are great to work with and we have places to stay all over america so great perks when wanting to travel too! they have great work life balance as well.

Cons

There are super busy seasons so as long as you are good at problem solving and making sure you stay on top of your tasks and communicate with everyone efficiently.
