Pros

Team members are friendly, hardworking, responsive, and fun to work with. Job is enjoyable and always different day to day. Love the hybrid work model with both on site work and remote computer tasks. Get to visit our properties regularly and communicate and work with other highly motivated individuals.

Cons

At times the job can be demanding and stressful and figuring out who to contact is not always straightforward, but all-around these are navigable challenges.
