My job has great support from all departments. There is really a great team atmosphere that results in high quality owner and guest appreciation. Very successful clients make my job a lot easier.

Cons

Not many, but coming from a smaller work environment, the familiarization with the different departments at first took a little getting used to, but was great once comfortable.
