Good company but misses the marker on crucial elements.

Pros

Overall great product and company. Doing great things, industry wise.

Cons

There is a lot of lacking infrastructure and this makes it extremely difficult to be successful in certain departments. Direct management seemingly has no authority and Execs don’t really seem to focus on employee needs. High churn is no surprise.
