Pros

Most of the company works fully remote which is great & allows for so much flexibility. The company leaders care about each employee and it shows. Everyone works so well together and truly wants to see the other succeed. Unlimited PTO and a very competitive salary! Best job ever!!

Cons

I don't have any. I guess if you don't like working remote that could be a con but I love it!

Big goals means lots of work - Not your typical 9-5. But if you like working for startups growing fast and in a cool and new industry, AvantStay is the place. Lots of smart, dedicated team members here. Keeps you motivated!
