Pros

I have worked in hospitality and travel throughout my entire career, and have never before worked for a company with a culture that is even better than anticipated. The people here are encouraging and truly love our company vision and the work they do. Very happy I made the decision to work with such a forward-thinking and inclusive company.

Pros

Incredible culture. Having been at a fair few tech startups, the authenticity and positive vibes both cross-functionally and within departments has been a breath of fresh air I roll under a VP who has enabled me to do my job and isn't satisfied with mediocrity. Not much else to ask for Very good job of hiring team members, everyone is a net positive to team culture

Cons

Need to be cautious that department goals and company objectives are aligned. We want to 2-3x this year and that will put a lot of strain on existing processes
