Pros

This role has challenged me and given me an opportunity to learn a huge range of things. My boss is extremely supportive of my growth and learning, and the pros of working for a startup are constantly getting to put your hands in new types of jobs and work.

Cons

This is a fast-paced work environment that likes to move quickly and sometimes that can come at the cost of processes or efficiencies, and sometimes there is a lack of warning when things shift. Be ready to stay on your toes!

Pros

Hot industry and growing rapidly, lots of opportunities, many wonderful people who are very dedicated.

Cons

Really easy to burn out, leadership can be fratty, growing too fast--brand standards are slipping and people are buckling under the rapid influx of new employees/business. Currently in transition from its start-ups days.

We've nearly quadrupled in size and market share in 2021, and plan to do so again in 2022 while ensuring our brand standards are maintained and the guest-first culture is embedded in both operations and mentality. We also encourage our employees to take advantage of our Unlimited PTO policy and Quarterly Mental Health days to combat burnout. A wonderful workplace with supportive management who values and trusts its employees. Very clear communication. Extremely organized. No one seems to be wearing too many hats - what is expected of you is clear, manageable, and within the scope of the position for which you were hired. Great work-life balance - balance is encouraged. The possibilities to grow and succeed are endless.
