Pros

This company has been amazing! The future is bright and the leadership seems to really care about the people. It is very much a startup so if you are looking for a chance to wear many hats, create process and build a brand this is the place. I love that they even give us a quarterly mental health day just to take a break.

Cons

The company is still in start up phase and some days can be challenging trying to navigate where to go for answers.
