Great Company with a Team Oriented Environment even when working remotely

Forward thinking company with plenty of room for growth, no micromanaging, many different departments to lean on when looking to get answers, always feel supported, amazing understanding of work/life balance within the company's structure.

Cons

This doesn't apply to me, but if you do not have the self discipline to work from your home office without a clock in/clock out structure, this might not be the job for you. Your hours are understood to be fulltime but you are not micromanaged. Sometimes you may have to work weekends or past 5pm, but work/life balance is highly encouraged and supported.

Good Pay Lots of support from management Excellent Company Culture

Cons

Property management requires you to be ready to work off hours. This is mitigated fairly well at Avantstay but you have to be ready to put in the extra time.

Pros

Forward thinking management at the head of a rapidly growing company. Great compensation. The pay and benefits are perfect for the level of work you’re expected to put out. You’ll learn a variety of hard and soft skills, the most useful of which being time management and good work ethic. Management is open to suggestions.

Cons

I can’t complain. It was good for what it was.
