My time at AvantStay has brought some of the strongest and most rewarding work of my career, and this is no accident - the team here is incredibly smart and supportive, and anyone who is excited to take ownership and tackle important business problems is always given plenty of opportunities, support and rewards when doing so. This is the perfect company for those who are excited to be in a dynamic, high-performance environment and be surrounded by smart colleagues and leaders - in no other place have corporate and "boots on the ground teams" been as connected. I've also loved the opportunity to diversify my role and immerse myself more deeply with other parts of the business, which I now see as a huge asset in my career. As an added bonus, working here can often involve traveling and plenty of opportunities to get closer to the core product.

Interviewing with the AvantStay Team was a professional and thorought process. From the initial interview and up through the management team I was treated respectfully and with candor. I was impressed that they actually reached out to my references and contacted them. Meeting the local team in Key West for the final interview was done very well and I felt that we had a good dialog and understanding of what was required .
