AvantStay is a great place to work for those who know how to take ownership of their responsibilities and get stuff done. Leadership is smart and engaged with the business. Because of this, they're busy, so you can't expect them to be holding your hand every step of the way. They trust you to work hard, make decisions, and move the business forward. It's an empowering place to work and I've learned a lot working here. Beyond that, unlimited PTO is truly unlimited, benefits are solid, and the company provides you with everything you need to set up your office at home.
Cons
There are days when the hours are long. I work more here than I ever have before, but I enjoy it. If you're looking for a company where you can clock-in and clock-out after checking boxes all day, don't work here.
