      All hands on deck, start-up style company. Lots of growth. Unlimited PTO is amazing! Benefits are great.

      Cons

      This is not a 9-5. You will work hard.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTOs, health and dental, travel credits however under very strict circumstances so it's limited and lots of opportunity for growth

      Cons

      long hours with start up salaries

      Thank you for your feedback! We do have a few programs that encourage our people to utilize our product (one of the perks of working within an up-and-coming premier hospitality brand). The travel credits can be used as long as the home is available when you'd want to stay, and fortunately for AvantStay the homes are being used by guests pretty frequently! We hope you get to use your credits soon though, you deserve it!
