      Pros

      Probably work from home. Growing company and showing promise.

      Cons

      Severely understaffed to the point that your work is almost impossible to keep up. Managers are so busy it's hard for them to support you properly. Also careful of the reviews. They ask current employees to leave reviews to boost their numbers

      The support here is one of a kind. If you work at AvantStay it's because you truly have a passion for the work being done and see the value. Everyone that works here, in every single department, is supporting you. Also, what a FUN group of individuals.

      Pros

      Overall the culture is very welcoming and inviting, several employees reached out to me on my first day to welcome me to the team and provide support contacts. I've gained a wealth of knowledge in such a short time. Exciting place to work if you enjoy having your hands in everything. Management keeps you aware of company initiatives and inspires you to keep going. Top tier talent, unlike anywhere else I've seen.
