      Interesting work however company is a sinking ship.

      Cons

      Horrible leadership and constantly layoffs. Toxic and tense culture. Pay terribly and severance amount is embarassing.

      Pay was great. PTO policy was great.

      Cons

      No security, revolving door of talent. C suite gets in the way. They lie. It's not all sun and roses. You will never know if your career is in danger, because executive teams are not transparent.

      Quantity Over Quality

      The job itself was fun, I enjoyed working when things were operating at the standard level (which in property management is still chaos lol)

      Cons

      Management was terrible, not providing basic support when needed. Regional management was too busy with corporate and overwhelmed with other markets to assist. It was more about acquiring more rentals than ensuring the rentals that were active were operating at the most efficient level. All immediate maintenance was either fixed with a bandaid or ignored. Refused to make finding a great housekeeping company a top priority when guest complaints and Area Management were consistently bring up the problem.
