Super smart people Everybody is committed and very little ego across the company Culture is great A startup that doesn't burn through cash...very rare!

- Start up life = 24/7 business. Longer hours and needing to be open to changing priorities

Young company, full of energy. Everyone really cares about their work and puts 110% into each day. It's a work hard/play hard mentality. Pros: Dogs in the office!

Cons

The nature of property management is not 9-5, so know coming into it.
