      Pros

      - The employees are very friendly and facilitate a fun yet productive environment. - Many of the tasks are collaborative, so you are actively working with other employees/interns. - You are assigned with a variety of different tasks, and you aren't stuck with a certain task that you don't like for too long.

      Cons

      - The internship program was disorganized in the beginning since this company hasn't had interns before, but they have improved their organization tremendously.

      if you are from outside the United States. Earn in dollars. Flexible schedule

      All my comment here goes to the engineering team I am not aware of the other areas. Worst company I've ever worked for, extremely disorganized mainly in terms of management. The CEO who works in the engineering part is terrible, arrogant, and has no knowledge of how to manage people. Meetings with him are always him cursing competitors. Bad example. There are 3 other engineering leaders who are also terrible, they don't know how to deal with people or technology. Terrible working environment, extremely toxic. It is full of "friends" and relatives of the 3 tech leaders working here and they are the only ones that are recognized. Juniors earn a pittance in BRL and have no prospects for the future. There are no Seniors or Leaders women because they themselves do not recognize them as good employees. run away.
