      Pros

      Flexible hours, generous pay, a fast-growing company that is very inclusive, and there is an opportunity to grow and learn with the company. Great management and team. I feel very fortunate to be working for AvantStay.

      Pros

      Incredible culture. Having been at a fair few tech startups, the authenticity and positive vibes both cross-functionally and within departments has been a breath of fresh air I roll under a VP who has enabled me to do my job and isn't satisfied with mediocrity. Not much else to ask for Very good job of hiring team members, everyone is a net positive to team culture

      Cons

      Need to be cautious that department goals and company objectives are aligned. We want to 2-3x this year and that will put a lot of strain on existing processes
