Pros
If you are looking for a company who not only cares about its clients, but really cares about its employees, this is the place. The pay is great for an entry-level position, the training is excellent and the support you get on the floor once you're done is just as good. Your supervisors will actually care about you and are concerned with making sure you are ok. The work itself is very rewarding, and you will most likely be directly responsible at some point for saving a life (or multiple lives). They do a great job of trying to make the job fun and provide incentives for employees, including wellness contests, quarterly parties and bonuses for performance. I was at the company Christmas party, and the equivalent to the company's CEO took the time to come and introduce himself to my wife and I and talk to us for about 5 minutes.
Cons
Like any company, it is imperfect. There is always someone who has something bad to say, and some things could certainly be run better, but the management is always open to new ideas, and are very receptive to innovation. HR is probably the hardest department to work with, but even they are very approachable. The main downside to the company is that unless you are looking at a career in business management, the growth opportunities are limited.
