Pros
Scheduling is great for students they always send out quarterly request to change your schedule for the upcoming school semester, they have great pay for what type of job it is, a lot of younger people working in the monitoring center.
Cons
Culture sucks they try to give you incentives but they are just a facade to try and keep you motivated, the QA system is bad depending on who is reviewing your calls they will mark you wrong for things and have to correct them. The HR lady Floribel is so biased if you seem like you're not a "good" girl she tries to dress code you for the stupidest things. Dress code is also the worst no colored hair, piercings are limited, for a call center where no one is looking at you they care a lot about your hair.
