Pros

If you work full time your shifts are consistent.

Cons

I worked with the company since they were located in a little basement, and honestly, the work environment was 10x better back then. They've renovated to a nice new upstairs, and management has felt all high and mighty ever since. If you're not an operator, you do whatever you want. Text, be late, not work, etc. If you're an operator, get ready to be physically yelled at to "dispatch and pa" by people who are sitting there at the supervisor desk doing nothing. High management has their fancy meetings and goes out for lunch whenever, while you go to your 30 minute lunch when you're told & don't even have a break room to eat in. This job is only decent if you're in management. If not, don't waste your time applying because they do not "CARE FIRST" if you're an employee.

Pros

The pay is the only real reason why the job first caught my attention. They do have good benefits for being Full Time as well. The people working from 2:30-11 were pretty cool too.

Cons

They say their thing is "We care first" but its more like "We don't care". I mean that because I have been here for a year and never got the raise or anything else with it. I also went Full Time and only got 4.66 of paid time off and not the promised 20 hours of PTO. If you are looking for a job that screws you over with your schedule then this is the job for you! Expect to work outside your schedule and expect to work outside your availability. Also expect to be a butt in the seat and nothing more. At AG, you are an operator and not a person. If you are sick and throwing up or trapped hours away with a broken down car, you better show up because here are AG, you are expected to in your seat even if you are dead. At AG, you are based off numbers from 1-9. 1 being good and 9 being bad depending on how you do on calls. These number determine your worth. Be ready to work with people who have reached their peak in life and brag about being "high up" in this job. Watch out for fake management who promise things but never follow through. Be prepared to give up all fun things because there is a 90% chance you will be working because schedules are all over the place and not set. If you are Mormon, you will become inactive due to having to work every Sunday even if you say every other Sunday. This is a dying industry as well because technology is taking over and people know how to use cell phones. Give it 10 years and it wont be here any longer. No one is ever on top of breaks, lunches, or anything like that. You can request time off but good luck. No one likes working so no one will help pick up shifts even if you pick up a ton of shifts. There is no incentives to help people out except a candy bar mostly. If you hate your life and want it to suck more, than sign up to work at AG! If you want to work around a bunch of weird, then sign up at AG. If you want 4 hours to seem like 10, then AG is for you too! There is a test you have to pass. Its easy if you study but recently, 8 out of 10 people have quit the job or were fired because they couldn't pass the test so I think the test has gotten a lot harder. There are a lot of things to remember and AG doesn't remember that we are human and make mistakes so expect to be perfect and don't make mistakes because you could get fired. All in all, I gave it a 1 because it required a star

Pros

Starting pay is strong at AG Supervision is usually very good

Cons

Management is very poor. Mentally it is very draining. It’s as tedious as any job you’ll ever have. If you’re taking medical alarms, be prepared for mental trauma and things you’ll carry with you the rest of your life. Additionally, there are no additional pay opportunities for people who speak other languages. So again, the overall recommendation, don’t work beyond what they pay you for. Don’t over achieve. Frankly don’t work above average ever. They pay you for a base level of work, never give more.
