Pros

They provide payed training and plenty of support on the job. Weekly coaching and company is always looking to move people up

Cons

I worked there for a year, and that's much longer than most people could take. Not enough pay for an incredibly difficult and taxing job. The job is incredibly fulfilling but operators were only paid $12 an hour. It should be in the 20s at least and I know the company can afford it. They also understaff and overwork their workers more than any company I've experienced. They take advantage of good people with good work ethics to the point where the hard working people started dropping like flies. They also started taking shortcuts and prioritized speed over safety instead of staffing the place enough to handle the amount of calls. They prioritize making money more than helping people and they don't care about how many people they burn out to get there.

Pros

There are team parties, snacks, and the ag cares program is good in concept. I believe the ag cares program has helped some people.

Cons

When I interviewed here, I was impressed by the building, the people presented themselves well, the culture was sold really well. When I actually started working here, I found this company was attractive on the outside and rotten on the inside. Not only was I treated very unethically, but I saw others receive unethical treatment. I have never met HR or leadership so self-interested and calculated. I witnessed the unethical treatment of other employees. I had people call me sobbing into the phone because of how they were treated. I was instructed by management to do unethical things. When I voiced concern, I was pressured to do it anyway. The justifications I was given for doing the task despite my concerns were purely in the interest of the business and were unethical at best. I was lied to. I was gas-lighted. To prove to myself that I was not crazy, I began journaling each day so I could see that what I was being told, didn't match what actually happened. It took months to recover. I am still managing trauma from working here. I literally have nightmares about it. Seeing certain things, names, or people that remind me of certain people trigger me. The environment SEEMED professional but was actually self-righteous, authoritative, toxic, and passive-aggressive. The bulk of their workforce is inbound call center operators that usually aren't there more than 2 years and never see the skeletons in the closet. I would not recommend ag monitoring in Ogden, Utah.

Pros

None. I hated the job.

Cons

I was assigned work hours. I had to work every Friday night for months on end while other staff members shifts would rotate. I wasn't willing to spend my time chit chatting with leads or higher ups. And, it seemed to effect my schedule! I met with the company CEO who made promises about putting a clock in the break room, and he never did. Really? A clock in the break room? That isn't hard.
