- I have heard many stories of people being run out with phony accusations. Also some who were in leadership roles. -work life balance -short staffed ALL THE TIME and when stats struggle, leadership will blame you instead of addressing the elephant in the room -HR will always look out for the company not us as individuals. I’ve made a few complaints and nothing came about it

This job can change your psyche forever. You will be speaking constantly with people who are in the worst moments of their lives. People will die on the phone with you. People will be robbed while speaking with you. Children will hold their dead parents in their arms, press the medical alarm button, and berate you for not helping their dead parents and letting them die all alone. You will not be offered grief or trauma counselling for these experiences. Once you are used up and unable to cope, you will be fired and left to deal with the trauma alone.
