Pros

A great job that can be made into what you need it to be. I'm a college student and I can easily have my work time fit around my schedule. If changes are necessary I can easily reach out to a coworker for coverage. Alternatively, if I want more hours I can cover for others seeking coverage.

Cons

The learning curve as a little steep, but the training department does a phenomenal job at preparing new employees for the software and responsibility.

Pros

Avantguard is a great environment to work in and they are very flexible with everyone's schedules. Love the ability to work either in office or remotely and the willingness of everyone in the company's willingness to help at any time.

It's a great job to go into after highschool when you want to get into real jobs. Everyone's really friendly and there are tons of fun things to do within the job

Sometimes you don't get the amount of hours you want
