The onboarding process was super long and tedious. They reward individuals for personality and not results. I was continually micromanaged for issues so small it felt as if they were actively looking for an excuse to bother me. They concurrently thanked me for having the best numbers on the team and improving the overall average, but refused to issue raises. Management promoted those they liked and often discouraged promotions of individuals not of the same gender. I was not alone in this observation and several of my team quit for this reason.

Management is very poor. Mentally it is very draining. It’s as tedious as any job you’ll ever have. If you’re taking medical alarms, be prepared for mental trauma and things you’ll carry with you the rest of your life. Additionally, there are no additional pay opportunities for people who speak other languages. So again, the overall recommendation, don’t work beyond what they pay you for. Don’t over achieve. Frankly don’t work above average ever. They pay you for a base level of work, never give more.
