Pros

AG has the best culture out of any central station in the industry. AG truly cares about the success of its employees and works hard to allow employees to progress in the company. AG has great benefits and tuition reimbursement for college student. Ag also strives to work with partners who have similar values and cultures. This means that you have much more positive interactions with customers.

Cons

AG is growing so fast so there are naturally growing pains as we figure things out. Not sure this is much of a con.
