      I love this job! I’ve been working here for almost 3 years. It’s been a wonderful experience and I’d recommend this job to my friends and family. The core values of Avantguard are values that I personally hold. Also enjoy the people I work with they help uplift and encourage me in my field of work. All in all this is a wonderful company.

      I honestly can’t think of any negatives. This company is that great!

      Company actively works toward improving current systems & finding new avenues to continue growth. +++ University students are highly regarded for positions, and offered respectable starting pay. + Employees can support one another via AG Cares - an organization to give back to the community and internal employees. ++ Relaxed environment with motivated co-workers. Sense of unity is strong in IT with a smaller team that cares about one another. Work-life balance is encouraged. ++ Loyalty is appreciated. +

      Cons

      Communication can be rocky between departments. - Tough to have your voice heard upward unless you are working on something for someone. Simultaneously, this also can make it difficult to challenge management for personal growth. --
