Some of the pros are that when you work at Avantguard you become a part of a family, the scheduling can be flexible, other operators can help you to balance you schedule

Con it can get fairly stressful at times

Good place to work and gain experience. Strong culture. Annual charity event to sponsor local causes.

Cons

Limited opportunities for advancement. "Unlimited" PTO but discouraged to take time off (especially around holidays). Good culture but forced participation can take the fun out of it.

Great benefits and incentives, both for full time and part time workers. They value your input and treat you as part of the team. You feel good about the work you do here. Paid training, and opportunities for growth within the company. Pretty flexible with schedules. Able to work from home.

Cons

If you are easily stressed out on the phone, or are looking for a more physically active job, this may not be a good fit for you.
