They are very flexible with your schedule. They offer tuition reimbursement and the environment is positive and uplifting.

It's a call center so it can be hard sometimes when people are upset.

The work environment is great. The management makes you feel apart of the team and they know who you are, you're not just another name on a list. The work we do is fulfilling as we help lots of people each day.

Cons

We have to work on weekends and holidays but it makes sense as people need to be constantly monitored.
