Great work environment that focuses on teamwork and personal development and growth in customer service skills. Constantly finding great opportunities to have fun and also ways to help benefit all employees. Flexible with schedules, especially if you're a college student.

Cons

From a viewer's point, I can see that it can be awhile for positions to open up for promotion

Pros

Co-workers are wonderful, and the atmosphere is pleasant most of the time. Job itself is pretty straight forward, but still has some uniqueness about it that makes it interesting. Friendly environment, and wonderful central station to work in.

Cons

Sometimes stats and/or operating goals feel out of my control, yet we get punished for them when they are low. Occasionally, when stats are low, the atmosphere is really unpleasant and heavy to work in.

Everyone is friendly and wants to help you, all of my superiors are quick to help and ask about any problem that I have, Very positive workspace, everyone there is supportive and wants to see you succeed.

Cons

They make the job seem more scary than it is, other than that I cannot think of anything!
