Gift cards multiple times a year, parties, great culture, paid training, food all the time. Great breakroom/snack market.

Cons

Stressful at times, but it is medical dispatch, so that was expected.

Pros

My coworkers are super friendly. We play a lot of games together including DnD. The company also gives you lots of opportunities to participate in fulfilling activates. An example would be this past October when they participated in a hike-o-thon to raise money for suicide prevention.

Cons

Not everyone you meet hear will be friendly, admittedly, but don't let that discourage you from those who are. Also, kind of a bummer but you are considered responsible for your shift so if you need it covered you need to look up peoples schedules and stuff and go around asking coworkers to cover you.
