      Amazing Culture

      Pros

      I love the culture here so much. We do everything we can to make sure hour customers are safe and taken care of, and also have great relationship with each other and are able to have fun while working. The hours are super flexible.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are issues when changes are made, but the benefits of being able to change and improve out-weigh those issues

      Pros

      They care about their employees! They follow their core values, have a wonderful work environment and always make things fun, even in tough times like the pandemic! There are wonderful employees/ supervisors/coworkers!

      Cons

      Sometimes communication can be rough per it's a big company but it gets worked out!

      Pros

      The supervisors do a great job showing that they care about you as an employee. The culture at Avantguard is great, it's a very fun environment to work in, and they are always looking for ways to improve as a company. The hours are very flexible. There are lots of opportunities for promotions.

      Cons

      They make a lot of changes to improve, which can feel like a con, but in the long run it's for the best!
