None. I hated the job.

Cons

I was assigned work hours. I had to work every Friday night for months on end while other staff members shifts would rotate. I wasn't willing to spend my time chit chatting with leads or higher ups. And, it seemed to effect my schedule! I met with the company CEO who made promises about putting a clock in the break room, and he never did. Really? A clock in the break room? That isn't hard.

I can’t even begin to list my list of cons’s but let me just say a couple things. I left this occupation several months ago because of the horrible work ethic in the “shift coordinator” department. They look over us every day and tell us what to do, when to lunch, if we can go to the bathroom, etc. I’ve noticed it is VERY cliquey and if they don’t like one of the operators, they’ll send them to break later, have them on annoying signals like troubles, etc. People also change when they’re promoted.

This has the potential to be a great place to work. I have made some friends here as well.

Cons

Inexperienced management at its finest. You are expected to be a robot. You sit at a desk 90% of the day. My advice would be to look elsewhere until they make some major changes to how they run this place. Myself as well as some other here are actively lookign for a new job.
