The ONLY pro was the paycheck.

Cons

The trainer will treat you different if you’re not LDS. If you’re more than a minute late they have to call a meeting with you. They don’t care for their employees. They put on a show. They fire people for having a bad day, they rather fire and re hire then deal with humans. They treat their employees like garbage.

I can’t even begin to list my list of cons’s but let me just say a couple things. I left this occupation several months ago because of the horrible work ethic in the “shift coordinator” department. They look over us every day and tell us what to do, when to lunch, if we can go to the bathroom, etc. I’ve noticed it is VERY cliquey and if they don’t like one of the operators, they’ll send them to break later, have them on annoying signals like troubles, etc. People also change when they’re promoted.
