      Pros

      Avantguard really is a good company to work for. The upper management is very friendly and they truly do care about every employee. Compensation is good, the work environment is clean and positive. There are many opportunities to grow and work your way up.

      Cons

      At the end of the day this is a call center and the work can be a little monotonous, but management tries to make things as fun as possible.

      * I love the purpose of Avantguard. We get to help people when they need us the most * The people are great. I love my team. Everyone works together, shares their expertise, and is willing to help others develop new skills. Plus we have a ton of fun. * Exciting environment because there is the constant challenge of being up and functioning 24x7

      Pros

      AG's motto is AG Cares FIRST where FIRST stands for Fun, Innovative, Relationships, Service, Trust/Teamwork and the company really lives by it. Working at AG, while the nature of the job can be stressful because you are saving lives and property everyday, is fun and fulfilling. Management listens to employees and takes their feedback and ideas and implements them. Schedules are super flexible and can be built around school schedules and personal life. Everyone at AG has a service mentality where everyone is willing to help everyone else out.

      Cons

      Some may not enjoy the stressful nature of the job due to having to help people as they are having medical emergencies over the phone or in helping someone deal with a burglar alarm or fire alarm. Taking alarms over and over can become repetitive.
