      Pros

      Flexible schedule, tuition reimbursement, best starting pay in the area for college students.

      Cons

      Most of the employees are very young, sometimes sheltered college students. It can be difficult to have to deal with every day. Everyone is friendly, just young.

      Pros

      Amazing new building remodel with modern look and adjustable sitting or standing desks, huge windows, massive break room with FREE snacks! They have amazing quarterly parties with fun activities and prizes! The scheduler is the best in town so flexible with school and other jobs. The people are friendly and genuine! I really love working here and the pay is great!

      Cons

      There's not a lot of room for promotion without an education.

      Pros

      AvantGuard is a wonderful company to be a part of. They are very focused on growing business in order to reward employees. They have generous compensation for employees at all levels and there are opportunities for growth in both positions and wages. The people here are awesome as well!

      Cons

      The work may be monotonous at times but AvantGuard does a great job of mixing things up and having something fun (parties, themed days, etc.) about once a week to give the work day some flavor!
